The touch switch is an electronic switch and belongs to the category of electronic components. When welding the touch switch terminals, if a load is applied to the terminals, there may be looseness, deformation and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please pay attention when using.
When using through hole printed circuit boards and circuit boards other than those recommended, due to changes in thermal stress, please fully confirm the welding conditions in advance. When welding twice, please do it after the first welding part recovers to normal temperature.
Continuous heating may deform the periphery, loosen and drop the terminals and reduce the electrical characteristics. For the setting of welding conditions, it is necessary to confirm the actual batch production conditions. The products are designed and manufactured on the premise of DC resistance load.
When using other load inductive loads and capacitive loads, please confirm separately. Please refer to the recommended size recorded in the product drawing for the mounting hole and mode of the printed circuit board. The switch should be used to directly operate the structure of the switch.
Please do not use it for mechanical detection function. When touching the switch gently, if more than the specified load is applied, the switch may be damaged. Please be careful not to apply more than the specified force on the switch.
In addition, pay attention to the following items when touching the switch for welding:
1. Please avoid pressing the operation part from the side.
2. For the flat axis rod type, press down the center of the switch as far as possible. For the hinge structure, the pressing position of the axis rod will move when pressed. Please pay special attention.
3. After the switch is installed, please contact the professional when the adhesive hardening of other parts passes through the regenerative hardening furnace.
4. If the materials around the complete machine using the switch generate corrosive gas, it may cause poor contact and other phenomena, so please make full confirmation in advance.
5. The carbon contact point has the characteristic that the contact resistance of the pushing load changes. When it is used in the voltage divider circuit, please use it after full confirmation.
6. For models other than the closed type, please pay full attention to the intrusion of foreign matters.
